Outer rain bands from Hurricane Dolly should move through our area today and Thursday. No severe weather is expected, but some storms will produce brief gusty winds and locally heavy downpours.
The leading edge of Hurricane Dolly arrives on the Gulf Coast, bringing rain and heavy winds to towns straddling the Texas-Mexico border. The center of the storm is expected later in the day, and could dump up to 15 inches of rain. (July 23)
